Pigs have one stomach and a fast digestion period, which means the digestion process does not break down that bacteria that you eat vs cows that have 4 stomachs to process food.

Trichinosis is a ringworm that travels only through pork. Some say it is with any undercooked meats but spiritual damage travels only in pork. Spiritually it damages a person through killing the spleen meridian and anything that is linked to it.
Acute symptoms can be flu like but more commonly long term weaknesses can be traced to the eating of pork.
Spiritually evil uses it to allow the Spirit of Arrogance or other evil influences through this negativity.
